SHIPPING POLICY
We use plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrives in very cold, “ready to eat” or “ready to freeze” condition.
As you finalize your order, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. We ship 2nd-day air on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, except for holidays.
Customer placing the order is responsible for providing the correct physical shipping address.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
REFUND POLICY
We go to great lengths to make sure your order will arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, though, we are not able to provide a refund or replacement of your shipment.
